On a regular basis, we receive beautiful stories from entrepreneurs who participated in our Talent-in-Business programme. We already knew from the evaluation directly after the training that many women find the programme a life-changing experience that provides a totally new insight in themselves and their businesses. From the stories we receive afterwards, it appears that the impact is long lasting and substantially contributes to a more successful business and an improved work-life balance. Others gained the confidence to reach out to investors, resulting in finance for their companies. Many became aware that their staff members also have unique talents, which helped in better delegation of tasks and responsibilities, benefiting the business and the entrepreneur. Some started structurally organising project management team meetings, where the team together decides which results they wish to achieve and who is responsible. They only discuss what everyone plans to achieve, and no longer how they do it. As all participants know, everyone has a unique way of being and doing and that needs to be cherished and motivated!
