We revisited Chanda’s talent and discovered that she has an exceptional ability to 'get things done’. Her personal motto is, ‘Where there is a will, there is a way.’ She especially enjoys unusual challenges. Where others see impossibility, she sees opportunity
Although she says she is not a big risk-taker, she does not shy away from new opportunities. The trust she receives from others is the foundation of her actions and collaborations.
Relying on her talent, Chanda has taken on several new business ventures. She became a shareholder in Wellcrop, the company where she started as an employee more than five years ago.
And... she launched a new business in the mining sector. Noticing that women were manually washing gold ore - an inefficient and ineffective process - she decided to invest in machinery for ore washing. The initiative was a success from the start.
